Common troubleshooting
Game does not start
Restart the app. If the issue continues, restart the device and make sure the app is updated to the newest available version.
Sound or music is too low
Check the in-game music/sound settings and Android media volume. If the problem remains, report the device model, Android version, app version, and whether the issue affects music, sound effects, or both.
Screen layout looks wrong
Send a screenshot if possible and include your device model, Android version, display size, and app version.
Progress looks wrong
Report the app version, approximate level, prestige/collapse state, and what happened before the issue appeared.
Rewarded offer or ad issue
Report what you tapped, whether the offer loaded, whether it completed, and whether Cat Grass was granted. Do not include advertising identifiers.
Testing
Test versions may contain bugs or balance issues. Reports can be sent through the bug report page.
