Data deletion

How to delete local game data, reset gameplay analytics consent, manage ad privacy choices, and contact support about data questions.

Cat Survival does not require a user account, login, username, email address, or cloud profile.

Delete local game data

Local save data and settings are stored on your Android device. To delete them:

  1. Open Android Settings.
  2. Go to Apps and choose Cat Survival.
  3. Open Storage.
  4. Tap Clear data or Clear storage.

You can also uninstall the app to remove local app data from the device.

Reset or disable gameplay analytics

If the game version includes the analytics option, you can disable gameplay analytics in the in-game Options screen. You can also clear the app's storage/data or uninstall and reinstall the app. When the consent screen appears again, choose your preferred gameplay analytics option.

After gameplay analytics is disabled, the game should stop sending optional Firebase/Google Analytics gameplay analytics from that point onward.

Manage Google ad privacy choices

Google ad privacy choices are separate from Cat Survival gameplay analytics. Open the game, go to Support & Privacy, and tap Privacy choices when that option is available for your device or region.

Clearing app storage or reinstalling the app may reset local ad consent state and may cause Google's consent form to appear again when required.

Gameplay analytics data

If gameplay analytics consent is accepted, the game may send the custom session_end_summary gameplay event with only these fields: analytics_schema_version, session_seconds, max_level_ever, max_prestige_skill_level, and max_collapse.

Some analytics information may be processed in aggregate or according to Firebase/Google Analytics retention and deletion systems. Contact us if you have a privacy or analytics question.

Request help with data deletion

Open the game, go to the Support & Privacy screen, copy your Player Support ID, and include that ID when you contact nicu.popa21@gmail.com for a deletion request. If you cleared app data or uninstalled the app before copying the ID, matching old analytics or support records may be limited.

Do not send passwords, government ID, payment details, or other sensitive information.
